Guidelines and Self-Declaration for Attendees, Exhibitors and Staff.
Masks are required by City of OKC ordinance to enter the Bennett Event Center and to be worn inside during the event except when eating or drinking in designated areas.
Stay home if you are sick or are experiencing any of these COVID-19 like symptoms:
Fever of 100.4°F or higher.
Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
Chills, headache, sore throat.
Muscle aches and pains.
Recent loss of taste or smell.
Stay home if you are awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test during show days.
An autonomous fever screening system will be in place at the entrance.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event.
Follow social distance guidelines while at the event by maintaining 6′ distance.
Food and drinks bought from the concessions can be consumed in designated areas that surround the show floor.
All auto exhibitors have made spreading out vehicles a priority to provide ample space for social distancing.
Vehicles are disinfected prior to show opening each day and are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized throughout the day as seen in the video below of one of the disinfecting crews who will be at the OKC Auto Show.
Self-Declaration for OKC Auto Show Attendees, Exhibitors and Staff:
While attending the OKC Auto Show I affirm that:
I will wear a mask or face covering in accordance with the City of OKC mask ordinance.
I will have my temperature autonomously scanned upon entering the show floor.
I do not currently have COVID-19.
I do not have any COVID-19 related symptoms.
I am not awaiting a COVID-19 test result.
I will only eat and drink in the areas designated for food and drinks.
